The chart below provides information about the disclosures necessary to sell/transer California residential real estate (1-4 units).

The "Disclosure" column names the disclosure.
The "Priority" column state whether the disclosure is Manditory, If Necessary or Optional. Read the information in the "Additional Information" link for detailed information.
The "Available" column notes if the disclosure, booklet or website link is available here. "Use TDS" indicates to use the Transfer Disclosure Statement to make the disclosure. "Use NHD" means use the Natural Hazards Disclosure Statement to make the disclosure.
We strongly suggest that you use a Natural Hazard Disclosure Report prepared by a zone disclosure reporting company. These typically cost around $100.00.
